In the event of a device malfunction, please submit a fault report to the email address: serwis@flexvision.pl. In the report, provide the following information: identification of the entity that owns/uses the device, contact details of the person reporting the fault, the location of the device, a brief description of the malfunction, and a photo of the device after identifying the fault. The Flexvision service department will provide guidance on further actions.

The average power consumption of the Mini LED Screen:  0.5 kWh.  (Max power consumption: 1.7kWh)

Yes, it is possible to design and construct a stand that allows for such an installation. If you are interested, please contact a Flexvision representative.

To receive a VAT invoice, it is necessary to provide all the required data for the entity that will be the purchaser of the device. The invoice will be sent to the specified email address.
